Refund policy
Each print is made to order just for you, based on the photo and size options you choose. Because of that, all sales are final, and I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect details. Please double-check everything before ordering—think of it as a tiny pit stop before your art hits the road.
If your print arrives damaged or something feels off with the quality, email me within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the print and/or packaging. My lab does a great job packing things up, but I know ultra-care isn’t always taken once it’s in transit (we’ve all seen the horror delivery videos). I’ll take a look at everything and do my best to make it right. ✨
