Thankful for this Thanksgiving Sando from Raglan Public House in Ocean Beach, CA

Halloween is officially over but the holiday season is just getting started, and if there's one day that tends to get the shit end of the deal, it's Thanksgiving. This gluttonous holiday is often overshadowed by Christmas enthusiasts eager to get their yuletide cheer started as early as possible. (guilty)

BUT, if there's one reason not to pass on Thanksgiving it's for this sandwich right here...

This beautiful piece of culinary work graces us with its presence once a year and it's here you guys! The Thanksgiving Sando from Raglan Public House in Ocean Beach, CA encompasses the entire holiday in one bite and it's goddamm delicious.

Each layer contributes to the overall flavor but what really ties this whole thing together (and separates it from other T-day sandwiches I've had) is that jalapeno jelly. The small amount of kick you get from the pepper is pure perfection. Also served with a side of gravy for dipping. I recommend getting it all in one bite.

PRO TIP:

Share or save half for later otherwise, you will be joining grandpa in the living room for an after turkey nap.
